The first Fashion Week of the year, dedicated to Men’s Fashion Autumn/Winter 2025-2026, is fast approaching, and the Chabé teams are already hard at work to offer a service that lives up to the expectations of the most prestigious fashion houses.
This event, which brings together the most emblematic figures in fashion, requires rigorous preparation and flawless coordination. At Chabé, this preparation translates into meticulous organisation to orchestrate movements smoothly and to bespoke specifications.
Event teams work hard to transport clients to events such as Fashion Week. The upstream work often requires several months of preparation.
It starts with studying the specifications and understanding the expectations and challenges of each event, in order to advise the client and offer a bespoke solution.
The Chabé teams then take part in numerous meetings, such as site scouting, kick-off meetings with the client and the various parties involved, training sessions and briefings for our teams, etc.

Our project managers, who are in constant contact with the Houses, work hand in hand to finalise the logistical aspects: pick-up times, destinations and the specific needs of VIP guests. »
At the heart of our event transport service are Chabé’s private drivers, true artisans of luxury.
Before each fashion show, they receive detailed instructions: the meeting point, the dress code, the parking area, the passenger drop-off zone, how to present themselves, etc. ‘Guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience is what we’re all about.

The aim is clear: to provide a smooth, stress-free experience for Fashion Week guests, by making Chabé a genuine extension of the event, with perfect continuity from the meeting point to the catwalk.
During the week of the event, our teams are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet all our clients’ needs and ensure the smooth running of the many fashion shows.
